1. What data we collect
When registering a restaurant: email, name, phone number. When a customer places an order: name, phone, delivery address (stored only in the restaurant's database). Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser data for service operation.
2. How we use data
To operate the platform: authentication, order notifications. To improve the service: aggregated analytics (no personal data). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Data storage
Data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud, europe-west region). GDPR-compliant. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
4. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for authentication and saving preferences (theme, language). Analytics cookies — only with your consent.
5. User rights
You have the right to: request a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent to processing. Send requests to privacy@LOOMVI.com.
6. Account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, write to privacy@LOOMVI.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
7. Policy changes
We will notify you of material changes by email 14 days in advance. The current version is always available at this address.
