1. General provisions
LOOMVI ('Platform') provides a technology service for creating an online presence for restaurants and organising order acceptance. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Registration and account
Access to the restaurant dashboard requires registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account — one restaurant.
3. Pricing and commission
The restaurant website and dashboard are free forever. Commission applies only to orders via LOOMVI.com marketplace: Showcase — 5%, TOP — 4%, PRO — 3%. Orders through your own subdomain — 0%. Subscriptions are optional.
4. Content
You guarantee that the content you upload (photos, menu, descriptions) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. The Platform may remove content that violates this condition.
5. Orders and delivery
LOOMVI is a technology platform and bears no responsibility for food quality or delivery timeliness. Delivery is handled by the restaurant.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided 'as is'. We accept no liability for losses caused by service interruptions, third-party actions, or force majeure.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email 14 days in advance.
